Luter Mortise Glass patch is one of the first choices for commercial buildings and high-end design. This patch kit is offset design that "sandwich" the glass creating a secure solution for frameless glass openings.
Luter Mortise Lock with ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 and UL Listed for 3-Hour Fire Rating, provides a high-security solution for monolithic tempered glass doors in commercial and residential spaces. Its design makes it a perfect fit for office partitions, hotel lobby, exhibition halls, art galleries and other interior applications requiring both privacy and security.
It Designed to fit glass dimensions of 3/8"(9.53mm) or 1/2" (12mm), this lock features both an interior lever handle and a fixed exterior lever handle with keyed access. Constructed from Aluminum with Grade 304 Stainless Steel cover plate.
